Our mission was to design and fabricate a luxurious showroom experience for "Mark Davis Dinner and a Show," an exclusive event preceding Las Vegas' inaugural Super Bowl. With 500 VIP guests, including NFL team owners, in attendance, our goal was to create an unforgettable environment that exuded elegance and seamlessly incorporated branded elements.

The project's magnitude and timeline presented formidable challenges. Converting the Royal Ballroom at Fontainebleau into a captivating space demanded meticulous planning and execution. Balancing the distinct branding requirements of each NFL team while maintaining a cohesive design posed another hurdle. Additionally, coordinating logistics among various stakeholders and executing within a tight timeframe added complexity.

A major challenge was crafting custom booths to meet the client's precise specifications. These booths were vital to the event's layout and had to embody the sophistication and branding of each NFL team. This customization heightened the complexity of fabrication, demanding meticulous attention to detail to ensure alignment with each team's identity. Meeting the client's standards for quality and aesthetics within the given timeframe further intensified the challenge.
The custom booths and seating arrangements garnered widespread acclaim for their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Incorporating team logos and Vegas street names provided a personalized touch that resonated with attendees. To overcome these obstacles, we adopted a meticulous planning approach. Collaborating closely with Davis, the event organizer, we translated his vision into tangible design concepts. Advanced CAD software facilitated the development of detailed renderings and blueprints, guiding our fabrication process. Our skilled fabricators ensured top-notch craftsmanship, meticulously bringing the design to life. Embracing the Raiders' Silver and Black theme, we meticulously crafted custom booths and seating arrangements, reminiscent of classic Vegas showrooms.
RESULT
Our meticulous execution yielded resounding success. "The Dinner Show" mesmerized its 500 VIP attendees, offering an unforgettable evening of entertainment and networking. From the transformed Royal Ballroom's entrance, guests were enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and glamour.
